"Loosing" the Grammar Game

Yes I know that "loosing" is not the correct word there. I read a lot of blogs and one thing that drives me CRAZY is the use of "loose" instead of "lose." It seems that about a third of the blogs I read get that one wrong. And some bloggers use it all the time. So please let me know if I am annoying you with any poor grammar in my blogs. I don't care about a typo here or there but repetitive mistakes are bothersome to me.

  1. There is one person at work that always uses Tomarrow in her emails! It drives me crazy, I've been sooooo tempted to reply back and let her know that tomorrow does not have an "a" in it.

  2. That is one of my biggest pet peeves too! I hate it. Some common grammar and spelling errors I understand, but that's a completely different word! I've never noticed any grammar problems in your blog.

  3. I'm glad I'm not the only "Spelling/Grammar Police" around. I am always telling my mom when she says or writes something incorrectly. And I totally understand it in text or instant message - I never use capitalization and rarely use punctuation. But emails, letters, blog entries, even Facebook updates are a different story!
