A Halloween Treat

I really love Halloween but never seem to get creative enough to come up with good costumes. We had a good idea for this year but with no baby-friendly parties to attend I decided not to spend the time, energy, and money on costumes that would probably just be worn for a picture. Hopefully my idea will come to fruition next year. Stay tuned!

Since we don't have any big plans and we get only a few trick-or-treaters who are way too old to be trick-or-treating, I think I will attempt to make this Halloween treat to take to work next week. Update: As suspected, mine was not quite as "Martha Stewart-y" as this one. I didn't use a single measuring utensil and it tasted pretty darn good. My ganache wasn't as thick as it should have been so my web ended up being made mostly of chocolate syrup and when I put Saran Wrap over top to take it into work, the web sort of smeared. Oh well, that's pretty much my style when it comes to cooking.
