They Accepted!

We are moving forward with this house. They accepted our offer and we signed the offer letter last night. Now we are going to get an inspection done. This makes me feel better, especially since the house has been vacant for a couple of years. We will know what works and what doesn't and whether there is anything major to be concerned about.

    yay! I hope nothing major pops up during the inspection. I might have to day trip it up to Seneca on one of my trips out to KS.
